It's Friday again....

Seems as the last couple of weeks have gotten away and I haven't posted.  We've had LOTS going on.  There is a never-ending list of things to do on a farm - no matter the size.

Tomorrow is market day, once again.  I'll be at the Lake City Farmer's Market with the first bits from my garden.  How exciting.  Peas, spring mix, lettuce and collards - as well as goat milk (very limited) and cheeses made from said goat milk (yogurt cheese, ricotta, mozzarella).  Also, eggs, Whole Wheat Bread, Italian Tomato Bread and more.  See - I really have been busy and not just lazy.

So - for your Friday Night Viewing Pleasure, here is a quickie tour from the last two weeks....

Winnie says HELLO!!
A Comet trying to lay an egg, but one of the "Pretty" girls wants to share the space.

She laid her egg anyway - right then!!  See how shiny it is.

Orla Rose "guarding" the pen.

Tom and Hope playing.

  1. I enjoy seeing your progress on the farm. It's a lot of hard work and it shows. I also like seeing the animals - they all seem to have their own personality. If I EVER get to Florida, I will definitely come to your market.
