There are currently 2 full blood Nubians (Orla Rose and Hope) and 2 Toggenburg/Nubian (Winnie and Peanut) crosses in my herd. Orla Rose is in milk right now. I hope to breed Winnie and Peanut in the fall of 2013 which means in the spring of 2014, I will begin milking them too. I have plans to test multiple cheese recipes. I am very eager to begin cheesemaking on a larger scale.
