I love to dig in the dirt!!!! 2013 was my very first full sized vegetable garden. It has been an incredible learning experience. I have been gardening for approximately 20 years, but this was on a scale that I had never done before, not to mention the majority of my gardening, if I'm honest, was flowers and herbs. Now, I have a large vegetable garden.
So far, it has been a good experience. There have been some set backs and some "Oh - wow, didn't know that would happen" moments. Each experience, good, not so good and bad has turned into an educational experience.
Food is important to everyone. Growing the food we eat has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I know exactly what I planted, how it was fertilized and what it was (or in my case, wasn't) sprayed with. The food I grow is NON-GMO! It is how God intended it to be. The flavor difference is incredible.
